Cancel an order online within 14 days of delivery. You will get an immediate email confirmation.
Use this form to cancel (withdraw from) an order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason. When you press Confirm withdrawal, you will see a confirmation on screen and we will email you an acknowledgement with the date and time we received it.
After withdrawing, please send the items back within 14 days. We will email you the return address. Full details are in our Returns & Cancellation policy.
