Tracked delivery from the United Kingdom to the UK, the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United States.

Every order is packed and sent from the United Kingdom with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom; to the European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden); to Norway and Switzerland; and to the United States. We cannot deliver to other countries at the moment.

We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times of year or when a parcel is held at customs. The exact delivery cost is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Delivery is charged once per order.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country (GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF or USD) and you pay in that currency. Every price shows its currency code. No UK VAT is added to our prices at checkout.
Orders to the EU, Norway and Switzerland
We ship from the United Kingdom, so your order is an import into your country. We are not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), so our prices do not include import VAT. Import VAT, any customs duty and the carrier’s handling fee are charged by the carrier or customs on delivery and are paid by the recipient. The amount depends on your country’s rules and on the carrier.
If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case we will refund the price of the goods, less the original delivery cost and any return charges we have to pay.
Orders to the United States
We ship from the United Kingdom. The United States no longer applies a duty-free allowance to low-value parcels, so US import duties, taxes and carrier or broker fees apply to every order. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient, as collected by the carrier. Duty is based on the country where an item was made, not on the country it is sent from.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your address carefully at checkout: we send each order to the address given with the payment and cannot change it once the parcel has left us. If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at support@calveruni.shop with your order number and we will sort it out.
