Questions
Materials, currencies, import charges, returns and gifts, answered briefly.
Is the jewellery real gold?
No. The frames and fittings are 316L stainless steel with 18K gold plating. We always say gold-plated, because that is what it is.
Is it suitable for sensitive ears?
316L stainless steel contains nickel, and we do not describe our jewellery as hypoallergenic or nickel-free. If you know you react to nickel, please write to us before buying.
Which currency will I pay in?
You pay in the currency of your delivery country: GBP in the UK, EUR in the euro countries, DKK in Denmark, SEK in Sweden, NOK in Norway, CHF in Switzerland and USD in the United States. You can change your delivery country with the button at the top of every page.
Will I pay import charges?
We ship from the UK. Deliveries within the UK have no import charges. For the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United States, import VAT, duties and carrier fees are paid by the recipient on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery.
How do I return something?
You have 14 days after delivery to cancel. Use our online form or email us, then send the items back within 14 days. See Returns & Cancellation.
Can I buy the earrings and the dish together?
Yes. Every earring page shows its matching dish with an “Add both” button. Four of the pairings also come boxed as gift sets, which cost less than the two pieces bought separately.
How is my payment protected?
Payments are taken by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store your full card number.
Can I use the dish for food?
No. Our porcelain dishes are made for keeping jewellery and small things, not for food or drink.
