Returns & Cancellation

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and send it back. If something is wrong with a piece, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been sent, email support@calveruni.shop with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parcels, it ends 14 days after the last one arrives.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends. You can:

• use our online form: Withdraw from contract here (you get an immediate confirmation by email);
• email support@calveruni.shop;
• write to CALVERUNI, 106 Spencer Road, Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2BE, United Kingdom; or
• use the model cancellation form below (you do not have to).

Sending items back

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We will email you the return address. You pay the cost of returning the items. Returns from outside the UK go by international post, so please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Your refund

We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the items back, or after you send us proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. If you cancel the whole order, the original delivery charge is refunded too (except any extra cost for a delivery method more expensive than our standard tracked delivery). We refund to the same payment method you used, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund.

You may handle and try on the items as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than that, for example worn for some time or damaged.

Earrings in sealed packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings may be supplied in a sealed bag. If earrings arrive sealed and the seal has been broken, the right to cancel does not apply to those earrings. This does not affect your rights if the earrings are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or not as described

Our pieces must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong, contact us at support@calveruni.shop with your order number and a photo. We pay the return postage for faulty items.

• Customers in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015): you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that does not work, a price reduction or refund. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
• Customers in the EU: the statutory legal guarantee for goods that do not conform applies for at least two years from delivery.
• Customers in Denmark: you have a two-year right to complain about defects (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Right of withdrawal (customers in the EU)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (for multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: of the last good).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CALVERUNI, 106 Spencer Road, Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2BE, United Kingdom, telephone +44 7857 719669, email support@calveruni.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use our online withdrawal function, Withdraw from contract here. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery (for example earrings in a sealed hygiene bag).
